As the lovely Sylvia has put it, the best time is food time. Which, can basically be anytime!
Here are some yummy things I have cooked this quarter:
Kimchi Jjigae (Kimchi Stew- Kimchi, Soft Tofu, Delicious Gochujang-Red Pepper Paste blend,Tuna, Green Onion, Jalapeno...) I usually add ramen because it is faster to make then rice.
This is a sandwich. Rosemary and Olive Oil Bread with sauteed steak, portabella mushrooms, jalapeno, green onions, with hummus and goat cheese spread. Strawberries on the side.
Stir fry spinach, pepper sausage, spinach, portabella mushrooms, paprika, with strawberries, carrots, goat-cheese spread on sesame toast.
Japanese curry with eggplant, yam, pepper, carrot. With "toasted" fried rice with spinach, egg.
